beautiful lobby area, large theater for performances, multiple bars in pools

The internet connection in the room needs serious improvement!!! I also found the cleaning service to be quite superficial, as my sheets weren’t changed during my entire stay. It's a bit concerning!!!

dreams is a fantastic place for families! the beach was stunning, and we loved the variety of activities available for all ages. the staff were super helpful, making our stay even better.

The beach stole our hearts

Walking on the soft sand at sunrise was magical. The large theater brought laughter to our evenings, and the staff’s friendliness struck a chord with us. We adored all the entertainment options.

Unfortunately, the noise from entertainment shows made it challenging to unwind at night, and the request for room service was often overlooked. It felt frustrating not having essentials restocked regularly.

The beach area is gorgeous with a ton of chairs if you get there by 8 am. I loved the personal touch like how they brought cake for my husband's birthday and set up a sign. Our Junior King Suite with Tropical View had great amenities like air conditioning, a minibar, and a safe. The spa was amazing with massages and body treatments. The buffet was the best I've ever had!

I stayed in a Junior King Suite with Tropical View. It was super comfy, with good AC, a minibar, and even a safe. The decor felt fresh, and the view was lovely. Plus, we had our own little space to relax. Only downside was the layout. it could be confusing at times getting around the resort, but the room itself was cozy and had everything we needed.

I enjoyed my time at Dreams in Punta Cana. The buffet served an really good range of dishes, satisfying even my picky tastes. The spa provided rejuvenating treatments, and I appreciated the vibrant atmosphere created by the evening entertainment. Just a bit noisy if you need early sleep.

The staff here are incredibly warm, especially Black Power, who made the entertainment enjoyable for the whole family. The variety of food options is impressive, with the buffet offering dishes suitable for picky eaters like my kids. We enjoyed the beautiful pool view from our Junior Double Suite, which added to our overall relaxation.

The check-in process could be more streamlined. it felt a bit disorganized.
